Two posts in three days! A new record!
I finished my research paper last night. Frigging stupid. I wish I'd started it earlier, cause then i wouldn't have been up until 11:30 trying to get it done. I never learn from my mistakes; I'm still the worst when it comes to procrastinating. Now I'm trying to get this summary done for tomorrow on existentialism, which to me seems v. stupid, probably because the websites i'm looking at aren't explaining it well at all.
"We can't really define existentialism because there are so many views on the subject ... so, uh, here's a million-word long biography of this guy who didn't found it or anything, but he's responsible for it being so popular. We aren't going to explain how he made it popular or anything, we're just going to talk about his childhood for a bloody long time." Argh!
Anyway, whatever. It's not really a big deal, I just don't want to do a cruddy job on it, although it's looking like I might.
Ah, well.

Exams nearly killed me, no joke. But I got through them, and now this semester is half over. Only a couple more months until 1) my birthday and 2) my easy semester. Oh, and one month from today, Christmas spirit will have seized us all (except maybe Mr. Coady, because he's just not a very jolly person). Anyway, here are my exam marks:
French 98%
English 90.5%
Chemistry 83%
Math 80%

So happy with Chemistry! I worked my ass off for that exam, and an 83 is pretty dang good for Mr. T. I'm hoping against hope to get my final mark up into the high 80's in Chem, so wish me luck on that one.
I just typed out my research paper for English. It's nowhere near done; I haven't really gone over my rough copy, so it's horribly mangled and fragmented. I just wanted to see how long it was so far, and to my shock, I have 742 words. And that's without my conclusion, cause I haven't written that out yet. I have to fix it up tomorrow night and make sure I'm actually being persuasive, but I'm pretty happy right now.
