Colds

Well, here I am at home, sick with a cold. Colds suck. They are seriously worse than almost any other sickness, even the flu, because with the flu, you're over it in like two days, where as with a cold, it takes me up to a week (sometimes more) to get over it. Grr. Stupid immune system.
Anyway, so there is a dance going on at school right now. And I was all ready to go to it, with my ticket bought and everything, until a few hours ago, when I was at my friend's house, and I realized that I'm sick, and if I went, I'd probably be sicker tomorrow. Actually, I might have been okay, but while I was at my friend's house, my allergies started acting up, and tightness in chest combined with stuffy, runny nose does not equal fun. Oh well. I'm going to a swimming party tomorrow and I really do not want to be sick for that, so missing out on a dance isn't a biggie. There will be others, I hope.
